Thank you for choosing to support Gyan Chand Jeevan Jyoti Trust (“the Trust”, “we”, “our”, “us”) through your contribution via the PhonePe payment gateway. By proceeding with your payment or donation, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Purpose of Payment
All contributions made via the PhonePe payment gateway shall be treated as voluntary donations or payments towards the initiatives, welfare programs, or services run by the Trust in accordance with its mission and vision. Donors are encouraged to review our mission at https://www.jeevanjyotitrust.org
2. Donation Receipts
- A receipt will be issued for all successful payments.
- For 80G tax exemption under the Income Tax Act (if applicable), donors must provide their PAN, name, email, and address at the time of donation.
- Receipts will be sent via email or other contact information provided.
3. Refund Policy
- Donations made voluntarily are non-refundable.
- In case of a transaction error (duplicate payment, incorrect amount), please write to us at info@jeevanjyotitrust.org within 7 days of the transaction with payment proof.
- Refunds, if any, will be made to the original source of payment.
4. Data Privacy
- Personal data such as your name, email, contact number, and address are collected solely for accounting, communication, and regulatory purposes.
- We do not store or have access to your PhonePe login credentials or full financial information.
- Your data will not be shared or sold to third parties.
5. Limitation of Liability
- The Trust is not responsible for any technical issues, payment failures, or delays caused by the PhonePe platform.
- All donations are made at your discretion. Please verify details before confirming a payment.
6. Modifications
The Trust reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our official communication channels. Continued use of the payment gateway implies your agreement with the updated terms.
