🔄 Refund Policy

At Gyan Chand Jeevan Jyoti Trust, we value the trust of our donors and supporters. This Refund Policy explains our approach to handling donation/payment refund requests made through the PhonePe payment gateway or other digital platforms.

All donations made to the Trust are considered voluntary and non-refundable. We deeply appreciate your generosity, and all contributions directly support our charitable activities and programs.

Refunds may be processed only in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate transaction
• Excess amount charged or paid by mistake
• Technical error leading to unsuccessful transaction but amount debited
• Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction (with proper verification)

To request a refund, the donor must submit:

• Proof of transaction (PhonePe reference ID, screenshot, or email receipt)
• Full name and contact details
• Reason for refund request

Note: All refund requests must be made within 7 working days of the transaction.

• Once the request is reviewed and approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment source only.
• The refund will be processed and credited within 7–10 working days after the approval process.
• No cash or cheque refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

• The final decision regarding any refund request lies solely with GYAN CHAND JEEVAN JYOTI TRUST.
• The Trust reserves the right to refuse any refund if the claim is not supported by sufficient proof or is found to be malicious or fraudulent.
